We are looking for a Production Manager (M/F) for one of our partners in the North of France.
Missions
- Site supervision: Coordinate work, monitor the progress of HVAC and electrical projects, and ensure that they are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Team management: Supervise and motivate teams in the field, ensuring that work is well organized and that there is good communication between the various parties involved.
- Quality control: Ensure that work is carried out to the required standards, by regularly checking the quality of HVAC and electrical work.
- Worksite safety: Ensuring strict compliance with current safety standards on the worksite, by guaranteeing proper application of safety rules by all teams present.
- Organization of operations prior to acceptance: Plan and organize operations prior to acceptance of the worksite, ensuring that all the conditions necessary for proper acceptance of the work have been met.
- Meeting deadlines: Monitor site progress and intervene promptly in the event of delays, to ensure that deadlines are met for each phase of the project.
Profile required
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally in demanding sectors.
- Knowledge of HVAC and electricity, without needing to be an expert, but able to understand and manage the execution of the lots concerned.
- Experience in team management on site.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and monitor several tasks simultaneously.
- Rigor and autonomy in managing operations.
