Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Planificateur travaux (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires dans le Rhône.
Missions
- Planification de chantier : Élaborer les plannings des différentes phases (études, préparation, exécution, réception).
- Mise à jour planning : Ajuster les plannings selon l’avancement, les aléas et les contraintes techniques.
- Analyse des risques : Identifier les risques de dérive et proposer des actions correctives.
- Optimisation des délais : Collaborer avec les équipes travaux et intervenants externes pour optimiser le phasage.
- Reporting : Communiquer l’avancement via reportings, réunions de chantier et comités de pilotage.
- Coordination : Assurer la coordination entre les corps d’état et les partenaires externes.
- Documentation : Produire les rapports d’avancement et tableaux de bord.
- Outils de planification : Utiliser MS Project, Primavera, GanttProject.
Profile required
- Formation et expérience : Bac +2 à Bac +5, avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en planification dans la construction ou le génie civil.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de PERT, Gantt, chemin critique et des outils de planification.
- Aptitudes relationnelles : Bon relationnel, travail en équipe, coordination multi-intervenants.
- Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, organisation, réactivité, capacités de synthèse et rédactionnelles.
