Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet Industrialisation (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires dans les Yvelines.
Missions
- Piloter des projets d’industrialisation de dispositifs médicaux, de la phase de développement à la mise en production.
- Collaborer avec les équipes R&D, production, qualité et achats pour garantir la faisabilité industrielle et le respect des normes (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
- Optimiser les processus de fabrication, les coûts et les délais, tout en assurant la conformité réglementaire.
- Animer des revues de projet et rendre compte des avancées aux parties prenantes.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et outils d’industrialisation.
Profile required
- Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en industrialisation, idéalement dans le secteur médical ou pharmaceutique.
- Maîtrise des normes qualité et réglementaires propres au médical.
- Capacité à manager des projets transverses et à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’analyse.
