Congratulations! You're a member of the InnovActors family. As soon as you arrive, chat with your manager and HR partner over lunch, and meet your new colleagues at your induction evening.

2. Your first mission

One of our site ambassadors will guide you, provide you with all the information you need, and make it easier for you to take up your new position with our partner. You'll have all the information you need to understand the challenges of your assignment and to carry it through to a successful conclusion.

3. Regular updates

Take advantage of follow-up meetings with your manager and HR partner, and work with them to build a personalized career plan based on your expectations and ambitions: preferred sectors, geographic mobility, responsibilities, etc.

4. Ongoing community life

With the rhythm of events and seasons, participate in and animate the life of the InnovActeurs community: annual gala, integration evenings, fun evenings, summer parties, etc.
