Our history in 5 key dates

2005

We set up our engineering consultancy group, Innovateam, with the idea of building a more sustainable business model.

2012

Innovateam expands into Europe with the creation of its Belgian branch in Brussels.

2014

Launch of our first Happy At Work survey, a major concern for Innovateam. We have now been certified in France and Belgium for 8 consecutive years.

2018

Launch of offsetting our employees' carbon footprint by planting trees. In 2019, we planted 12,500, offsetting our employees' carbon footprint until the end of 2022.
