Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet Infrastructure (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires dans le Var.
Missions
- Assurer la gestion complète du projet, de la phase de conception à la livraison, en passant par les études techniques, les appels d’offres, la construction et la réception des ouvrages.
- Garantir le respect des délais, du budget et des exigences qualité, sécurité et environnement (QSE)
- Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes (maîtrise d’ouvrage, maîtrise d’œuvre, entreprises sous-traitantes, fournisseurs, services techniques du client).
- Élaborer et suivre le budget prévisionnel, analyser les écarts et proposer des actions correctives.
- Animer et motiver les équipes projet (internes et externes).
Profile required
- Diplôme d’ingénieur (BTP, Génie Civil, Infrastructure) ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (7 ans minimum) en gestion de projets de construction, idéalement dans le secteur industriel
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project…)
- Expérience en bâtiment industriel et tertiaire
