Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet Intermédiaire (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires dans l’Indre.
Missions
- Gérer le cycle de vie complet des programmes
- Construire et suivre planning, coûts et ressources
- Piloter les jalons et assurer le reporting
- Être l’interlocuteur principal client
- Coordonner R&D, ingénierie, production et qualité
- Assurer la bonne communication entre parties prenantes
- Participer à la définition et validation des solutions techniques
- Suivre l’intégration, les tests et la validation produit
- Garantir la conformité aux normes aéronautiques (DO-178, DO-254, AS9100…)
- Identifier et gérer les risques projet et les changements
Profile required
Formation & expérience
- Bac+5
- 2 ans minimum en gestion de projets/programmes industriels dans un contexte aéronautique, défense ou spatial
Compétences
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes avioniques / embarqués et des normes aéronautiques
- Gestion de projet (planning, budget, reporting)
- Maitrise des outils : MS Project, ERP, PLM ou équivalent
Soft skills
- Leadership et capacité à fédérer, bon relationnel et sens client
- Rigueur, autonomie, organisation
Langue
- Anglais courant indispensable (contexte international + quelques déplacements)
