Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Process & Digitalisation industrielle (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires en Haute-Garonne.
Missions
- Analyser et formaliser les processus industriels existants.
- Rédiger et structurer des processus clairs, exploitables et compréhensibles.
- Digitaliser les processus via un outil BPM et centraliser les pratiques dans un référentiel unique.
- Accompagner et sensibiliser les équipes à l’adoption des nouvelles pratiques.
- Faire le lien entre métiers, production et outils digitaux.
Profile required
- Expérience significative (≥5 ans) en environnement industriel / manufacturing.
- Compétences solides en process management et structuration d’activités.
- À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et BPM.
- Forte orientation terrain avec capacité à interagir avec les équipes opérationnelles.
