Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Qualité Client Expérimenté (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires en Seine-Saint-Denis.
Missions
- Support aux équipes projets (CFT).
- Vérification de la documentation critique et identification des risques.
- Application des leçons apprises Produit & Process.
- Participation à l’autorisation d’expédition.
- Réalisation d’audits de lignes sur projets à risque.
- Suivi des scorecards et des plans d’actions.
- Participation aux taskforces (A/B/C).
- Coordination de la communication client lorsque nécessaire.
- Intervention sur site en cas de crise.
- Partage des retours d’expérience avec les experts techniques.
Profile required
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie automobile : qualité, production, ingénierie ou gestion de projets.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de problématiques critiques et coordination transverse.
