Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur Qualité Fournisseurs (H/F) pour l’un de nos partenaires dans le Nord.
Missions
- Traitement et pilotage des non-conformités fournisseurs (NCR)
- Suivi des dérogations et des plans d’actions correctives
- Animation des démarches de résolution de problèmes (5Why, Ishikawa, 5W2H, QRQC)
- Analyse qualité via outils ALSTOM (mur qualité, portail NC)
- Pilotage des KPI qualité fournisseurs
- Réalisation d’audits process chez les fournisseurs
- Gestion des fournisseurs en escalade (Yellow / Red)
- Animation de revues qualité fournisseurs
- Support à la cellule non-conformité et AMDEC / plans de surveillance
- Déploiement d’actions d’amélioration continue (Lean / 6 Sigma en plus)
Profile required
- Ingénieur de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience
- Ou technicien confirmé 5–10 ans en qualité industrielle
- Idéal : ferroviaire, automobile, aéronautique ou industrie lourde
